This advice for a woman seeking a man is not all-inclusive and is based on what Christian men want and what secular men desire. I am a Christian Minister and I've been alive for many years. My first "crush" was for a little red-haired girl when I was only about six years old. What attracted me to her? She was adorably cute; her clothes were simple yet functional, perfectly matching her style. She liked riding bikes, and I was simply attracted to her. At the time, I had no idea what sex was, so it was not a lustful attraction, but a simple and deep connection.
It is possible to love someone without lusting after them. Today, that distinct boundary between love and lust has been blurred to the point of "love" being a big, blurry smudge of random debauchery. People are no longer seeking a deep connection but instead, lustful sexual gratification. But God designed us to have deep connections that are consummated on our wedding night. So, what do Christian men want?

Proverbs 31:30, "Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised."
What a Christian Man Desires
1. A woman who loves the Lord Jesus Christ more than she loves her man and lives in obedience to Biblical morality and the role God assigned to her.
2. A virgin bride (despairingly hard to come by today).
3. If not a virgin, a born-again repented sinner with a single-digit sexual "body count."
4. A woman who respects her man because she wants to, and to stay in the will of God.
5. A woman who is proud of her man, brags about him, and builds him up (promotes and supports him).
6. A woman who keeps herself for her husband exclusively (no adultery).
7. A woman who doesn't have a filthy mouth. Cussing, using filthy expletives, or using the Lord's name in vain is a big turn-off. (Vain - without purpose; useless)
8. No tattoos or body modifications.
9. No perforated body parts, or a discrete piercing for earrings – one or two per earlobe. I personally hate, loathe, and detest all facial piercings. It looks like you fell face-first into an open tackle box.
10. No sexually provocative clothing in public.
11. No gossiping.
12. A woman who refrains from telling the same story twelve different ways just to ensure she's got all the details right. To men, the details are often irrelevant.
What a Secular Man Desires
1. A virgin bride, if possible.
2. If not a virgin, a girl with a single-digit sexual "body count."
3. Yet, secular men also desire sex without commitment until they find that virgin who keeps her clothes on and tells him, no! Not until we're married!
4. A woman who respects her man because she wants to.
5. A woman who is proud of her man and brags about him.
6. A woman who keeps herself for her boyfriend or husband exclusively.
7. A woman who doesn't have a filthy mouth. Cussing, using filthy expletives, should be avoided because it makes the woman sound ignorant. It makes anyone sound ignorant.
8. No tattoos, unless he is also riddled with tattoos. But trust me, he would rather see skin.
9. No perforated body parts, or a discrete piercing for earrings – one or two per earlobe.
10. No sexually provocative clothing in public or clothing-optional pictures on the internet.
11. No gossiping.
12. A woman who refrains from telling the same story twelve different ways just to ensure she's got all the details right. To men, the details are often irrelevant.
Women that Good Men Avoid
1. Women with sexual "body counts" that exceed nine. It is almost unbelievable how many women admit on social media, podcasts, and other media to "body counts" of 20, 50, 100, 1,000 or more men they have had sex with. The thought of it makes me nauseous.
2. A woman who does not respect you.
3. A woman who belittles or berates you in public.
4. Raging Liberals
5. Raging Feminists
6. A woman who "Rages" indiscriminately.
7. Women with unnatural hair color (blue, pink, green, etc.).
8. Women who look like they fell face-first into an open tackle box.
9. Liars, especially those who require you to agree with their lies or require you to dismiss the lie as if it were somehow your fault.
10. A gossip, especially one that makes you agree with the gossip they are spouting.
11. A woman who uses filthy language as part of her normal conversational speech pattern.
12. A woman who has not given her life to Christ as her Lord and Savior.
Advice for a Woman Seeking a Man: Conclusion
This Advice for a Woman Seeking a Man will be appreciated almost as much as a cow patty pizza. Women don't want to hear this stuff and will hate me for writing it. Please note that I am sharing this from the perspective of a 64-year-old married, conservative Christian patriarch who believes the Bible is the Word of God.
I know what I’m talking about, and I'm not afraid to write it. I have gained insight into what God wants through in-depth research of the Bible. If you would like to do your own research concerning what men want and the role God assigned to women, please refer to the following KJV Bible passages:
Genesis 24:44, Proverbs 2:16, Proverbs 3:15, Proverbs 12:4, Proverbs 14:1, Proverbs 18:22, Proverbs 19:14, Proverbs 31:10, Proverbs 31:12, Proverbs 31:15, Proverbs 31:16, Proverbs 31:23, Proverbs 31:25, Proverbs 31:26, Proverbs 31:27, Proverbs 31:30, Proverbs 31:31, Ecclesiastes, 7:26, Leviticus 21:13, Matthew 15:28, 1 Peter 3:1, 1 Peter 3:5, 1 Timothy 2:9-15, 1 Timothy 4:7, 1 Corinthians 7:1, 1 Corinthians 7:13, 1 Corinthians 7:16, 1 Corinthians 7:33, 1 Corinthians 7:34, 1 Corinthians 11:3, 1 Corinthians 11:9, 1 Corinthians 11:11, 1 Corinthians 11:15, 1 Corinthians 14:35, Ephesians 5:23, Titus 2:3-5
Also, consider reading Proverbs 31 in the Legacy Standard Bible. [1] I love the layout of the passage.
If you want a good man, you must become a good woman. I hope this helps someone.
Have a Blessed Day!
