This Crazy World and Bible Prophecy

We see prophecy being fulfilled in this crazy world, and Bible Prophecy predicted it more than 2,500 years ago! The accuracy is unbelievable to non-Christians but perfectly logical to believers. God is God (YHWH), and He knows everything past, present, and future! This truth is obvious in scripture! So, what can we expect from this crazy world and Bible prophecy? Well, let me share a few truths.

Lawlessness

The Bible predicts lawlessness in 2 Thessalonians 2:7, “For the mystery of iniquity [lawlessness] doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.” This lawlessness is only being restrained by the Holy Spirit of God, but after the rapture of the church, the Holy Spirit will step aside and allow evil to run rampant. Why? Because lawlessness, also known as sin, is a punishment, “…God gave them over to a reprobate mind… Romans 1:28. God will temporarily abandon those that were not raptured. They will suffer through the tribulation willingly because they desire to serve Satan.

We see aspects of that today. Lawlessness is increasing. “Sin” is now an almost forbidden word. People sin at their leisure and expect no punishment for that sin. So, the sin of homosexuality becomes a personal choice, not a sin against God and your own body. Abortion becomes a personal choice of convenience instead of a sin against God and the murder of a child. Drug and alcohol abuse becomes a way to cope or a form of recreation instead of Satan’s tool to open your mind to demonic suggestion and demonic possession for non-Christians. Lying becomes a tool to get what you want instead of a sin against God and the person you’re lying to. Stealing becomes a way to make ends meet instead of a sin against God and those you are stealing from. Lawlessness abounds today, as predicted by scripture.

Considering This Crazy World and Bible Prophecy, What Should We Do?

Christians should lean on the promises of God. We will be raptured before this world gets into the tribulation predicted in scripture. We can rejoice in that fact and be encouraged to share the Gospel as often as possible. We will be spared the wrath of God.

As for you non-Christians, you are in big trouble. Most of you will not survive the tribulation. You will have no better than a 50% chance of physical survival during the tribulation. Spiritually, you do have a slim chance of getting to heaven if you accept Christ as your Savior and Lord either before or during the tribulation. You must accept Christ before taking the mark of the beast, or you will be forever lost and condemned to the Lake of Fire. Multitudes will accept Christ during the tribulation, but keep in mind what a multitude represented 2,000 years ago. A much smaller number than today, in my opinion. I recommend that you accept Christ today, but if not, good luck, you’ll need it!

The Departure of Natural Affection

Romans 1:23-31 says, “Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:”

God, in His infinite wisdom, created man and woman. He instituted marriage and clearly defined what is right and wrong within that relationship. As predicted by scripture, this world is now giving in to reprobate relationships - women with women, men with men, people with children, people with animals in sexual relationships. This depravity is actually a punishment of God, according to scripture. Now, as Christians, we still love these people, but we cannot approve of their depravity. Their “love” is actually God giving them up to be consumed by their vile affections. Their only recourse is to repent and accept the will of God, as described in scripture.

Love the sinner and share the truth from scripture with them. Then allow the Holy Spirit to work in their hearts. Either that person will repent or not. We cannot force them. They must accept God’s will willingly. In other words, comply with scripture out of love for Christ and his generosity of dying for us. They must choose this depraved world or God, and their choice will have eternal consequences. Try to love them into heaven and share with them the Gospel as often as necessary – with compassion.

Evil One-World-Government

An evil one-world-government is preparing us, just as predicted in scripture. Scripture doesn’t show precisely how it will occur but provides a fair amount of information. The truth of it is everywhere. The pandemic is allowing governments to apply oppressive mandates. Masks are making the populous a voiceless and faceless rabble. Vaccines are further forcing governmental control. The vaccine will restrict people’s movement, limit what they can buy and sell, and make them even more dependent on corrupt power-hungry governments. It’s all in the works, and we can see it at work today. Speaking of the Antichrist, scripture describes it this way; “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Revelation 13:16-17

Is the vaccine the mark of the beast? No. It is a precursor of the actual mark. The true mark of the beast must be accepted willingly in the worship of the Antichrist during the tribulation. So, the rapture must happen first, then the Antichrist is revealed, and then, during the tribulation, people willingly take the mark. So, this vaccine cannot be the mark of the beast, but it’s conditioning people to mindlessly obey their respective governments.

Considering This Crazy World and Bible Prophecy, What Should We Do?

We should read, study, and obey scripture. That may sound simplistic, but it’s true. As Christians, our fate is forever sealed. Either through the rapture of the church or when we die, we will be instantly in the presence of the Lord. We will see heaven – without question. Therefore, we should share the Gospel with everyone we see. We need to plant that seed of the Gospel and let the Holy Spirit reap the harvest until it’s eternally too late.

This Crazy World and Bible Prophecy Final Thoughts

I recommend a study of the end times. The things that are happening today will jump out at you from scripture, and you will be astonished at their accuracy. Finally, as Christians, we need to live our lives following scripture. We should be able to say the same thing Paul said at the end of his life. “For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” 2 Timothy 4:6-8.

In Jesus’ name, Amen!
