Deception is All Around Us

Deception is all around us, and that goes for everyone on the planet. The fact that we as humans have abandoned our humanity is quite clear. Now I’m not talking about everyone but the majority of humanity. What does deception all around us have to do with our humanity? Well, it has a deep connection. We are being deceived by corrupt media, rulers, and governments. This deception is making us think less of humans and more about many other things. It’s making most people worship the earth or the created things in the universe rather than the God that created. This deception has an agenda, and Satan is supernaturally manipulating that agenda through willing humans. So, the deception is causing people to lift up the planet, degrade human life, and open the floodgates of sin.

Media and the Deception is All Around Us

The mainstream media is openly lying to us, and the evidence of this truth is easily discovered with a bit of research. Unfortunately, most people refuse to do any independent research. Instead, they listen to what’s said and believe it as the truth. I’m telling you, folks, the only complete truth available on earth is the Holy Bible. Trusting the news media, social media, movies, and government media posts is crazy. They tell the truth almost as often as Pinocchio before he repented. They lie about many things but to name a few:

The pandemic will quickly kill millions – it never happened.
The Holy Bible cannot be understood without priestly interpretation – False!
Jewish woman is thrown from the third-floor apartment to her death by a Muslim high on marijuana, and he gets released, but if you do the same thing to a dog, you’re put in prison. Crazy!
Climate change (formerly global warming) will destroy our planet in 12 years – never happened and never will.
Environmentalists will allow people to starve and die to protect a minnow-sized fish – Ridiculous!
Wearing masks will stop the spread of Covid-19 – Unscientific nonsense!
Governments are passing laws that violate Biblical scripture – Christians must not comply!
People go to heaven and become angels – False!
LGBT is a good thing that we should embrace and even celebrate – False! 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Leviticus 18:22-23
Governments passing laws that restrict or eliminate the inalienable rights provided by God (Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness) – Wrong and unacceptable!
Everyone, regardless of their beliefs, can enter heaven – False! The truth is in John 3:16, Romans 5:8, Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23, Romans 10:9-13.
Coin shortage, gas shortage, having open borders is a great idea – it’s all laughable. The truth is that the time of the church age is winding down. What’s coming next will be wonderful for true Christians but horrific for EVERYONE else.

Christian Hope Amidst the Deception is All Around Us

To coin a phrase from a beloved Hymn, “Our hope is built on nothing less than Jesus’ blood and righteousness." Living life in our current decadent world is only tolerable from a Biblical perspective. Only a Biblical worldview can give you both hope and answer the who, what, when, where, how, and why concerning the evil and craziness occurring around us.

God has a plan! He set it in motion when he created the universe in 6 days. The church age portion of that plan is winding down. The next portion of God’s plan will probably be the church’s rapture when all true believers are snatched up to meet Jesus in the air, 1 Thessalonians 4:17.

I believe the very next event will be the prophesied Ezekiel 38-39 war. Also, remember, although Israel has a powerful army and air force, the battle will be fought and won by God Himself. This supernatural deliverance of Israel will be seen by everyone and will turn many Israelites to Jesus Christ. Soon after that comes the tribulation. Remember, the church – the born-again believers, are already taken before the tribulation. The hell on earth that comes during the tribulation is only for those that have rejected Christ. So, have no fear, be happy, and full of hope. Continue sharing Christ with anyone that will listen because we want as many people to go to heaven as possible.

Our Ultimate Reality

Our Lord Jesus will return after the tribulation and set up a kingdom that will exist for 1000 years to be followed by the final judgment. For Christians, this final judgment will be a humbling and sacred experience. For the lost, it will be a final judgment of eternal condemnation where each person will be cast into the Lake of Fire for eternity. Then the old earth is obliterated, and the new earth is created. As stated in my book Transfigured to Serve, Chapter 13, the new earth will have to be a much larger earth with a thicker atmosphere to accommodate the New Jerusalem. It will be a truly enormous city where all transfigured believers and God will dwell for eternity. This reality should fill everyone that truly believes with hope and a strong desire to enter our eternal home!
