Church Discipline and the Failing Church

Any person that will not repent and turn away from their sin cannot be allowed to remain in your church. According to the Bible, proper church discipline says that if a person is actively sinning and will not repent, you should speak to him or her about the sin in their life. If they do not repent, two or more church leadership members should address their sin and explain the need for repentance. If the person still does not repent, the entire church should be called into a conference about the matter. If the person refuses to repent, then the church is responsible for excommunicating the person due to active, habitual, un-repented sin in their life. It’s the church’s responsibility! But it must be done in love and with the sinner’s best interests at heart, in accordance with scripture.

“Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.” Mathew 18:15-20 “Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.” Galatians 6:1. “But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing. And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed. Church Discipline and the Failing Church


I’m sharing this with you because the lack of church discipline is destroying our churches from within. Not just from habitually sinning members but also from people infiltrating churches for the express purpose of disrupting and destroying the church. There are numerous examples of atheists, witches, and Satanists infiltrating churches for nefarious purposes. I wrote about church discipline back in 2015 in my article, “Church Discipline,” but I have acquired new information from the following studies, Witchcraft, and Satanism. These studies brought to light the fact that people infiltrate churches to dismantle them from within. But how do they accomplish their evil tasks? I’ll share examples in my following comments.


The Lack of Church Discipline and the Failing Church


How do these infiltrators work? Atheists infiltrate to sow discord. They question the validity of scripture, calling into question the accuracy of scripture and the commands and will of God. They bring in the pseudo-science of evolution, teaching that we evolved and were not called into existence by God. They also share the pseudo-science of psychotherapy and promote the elevation of self. They elevate themselves to the point that some charismatic denominations consider each “Christian” a little god. Just imagine the arrogance of believing yourself a god. I find the thought repulsive.


Witches or Wiccans also infiltrate churches by spreading rumors about congregation members. They sexually seduce church leaders. They also recite incantations during services. These incantations may look like the person is praying, but in reality, they are calling upon dark forces to destroy the church, its leadership, and the pastor.


Similar to witches, Satanists have also infiltrated churches to perform similar deeds. Like witches, their primary purpose is to sow discord. I saw a video of one Satanist saying that he would spread roomers about people and constantly complain about the length of the pastor’s sermons. They also desecrate churches when possible, by performing satanic rituals within the sanctuary, among other atrocities.


Recommendations


I Am Not Calling for a Witch Hunt! I’m calling for you to study and teach the Word of God, obey the Word of God, and practice church discipline as described in the Word of God. I ask for nothing more and nothing less. All of these New Age, Critical Race Theory, Prosperity non-sense, and other distractions must stop. Sowers of discord in the church that teach something other than the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ must leave our congregations. Unrepented sinners that have no desire to repent must be excommunicated.


1 Corinthians 6:9-10 KJV

“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.”


If any of these people come to your church actively seeking the Gospel and are willing to repent and attempt to “sin no more,” – Welcome Them!! But if they come to your church refusing to repent, they should be excommunicated. I say this not according to my will but according to God’s will, as clearly stated within His Holy Bible.


Church discipline has a place and purpose in every church.
